The Chakhesang Women’s Welfare Society serves over 3,000 small villages, primarily inhabited by the Chakhesang tribe, through various community development projects in farming, weaving, tailoring, and micro-financing. They also support initiatives in community health and education. Recently, they launched a tailoring course with professional designers, training a dozen young potential designers from their villages.
Each bedsheet reflects the rich cultural heritage and skilled craftsmanship of the Chakhesang women. By bringing one into your home, you are supporting sustainable and ethical production practices, adding beauty and meaning to your decor.
