Musakhan Making

In this culinary session at Heenat Salma’s Artisanal Kitchen, guests are invited to explore the rich heritage of Palestinian cuisine through the making of Musakhan, one of the Levant’s most celebrated traditional dishes. Participants will take part in the full preparation process, working with sumac-infused onions, tender chicken, freshly baked bread, and fragrant olive oil to create an authentic culinary experience rooted in Palestinian tradition. The session concludes with guests enjoying the final dish together during the class.
