• Participants start by learning about tools and the basics of Aari Hand Embroidery.
• They create simple designs on fabric with step-by-step instructor guidance.
• Practice focuses on mastering the correct technique for stitching.
• By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained an understanding of how embroidery is done.

• Requires a minimum of 4 participants for the session to take place.

• If the minimum capacity is not met, the workshop will be cancelled and either rescheduled to a later date or fully refunded.

• Full refund if a cancellation request is received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time / reserved time.

• No refund will be issued if a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time / reserved time.

• A processing fee of 2.5% of the total amount paid will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover transaction costs.

• Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time / reserved time.

• Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be processed and reflected, depending on the payment provider.

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a booking at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking within the coming weeks from its original date.

• If a cancelled booking is not rescheduled, the registrant will be offered either:
  • a refund, or
  • a voucher of equal or greater value.
• In all cases, our responsibility is limited to a refund of fees already paid.
