We are delighted to bring back the Vegetable Harvesting Tours at Heenat Salma’s organic farm!
Join us with your friends and family to explore the richness of our ecosystem and experience the joy of harvesting fresh, organic produce.
Due to new pest management regulations, certain areas of the farm remain off-limits to visitors; however, guests will still enjoy the full farm experience and receive freshly harvested produce, such as cucumbers, directly from our daily harvest at the farm store.
Important Note on Booking:
From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., prior booking is required for this activity. Walk-in guests during this time may be required to wait approximately 15–20 minutes, subject to availability.
Tour Details:
- Tour duration: 30 minutes
- Date and time: Daily, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Price: 50 QAR (includes a 1 kg basket; Adults & children aged 5 and above)
- Capacity per tour: 10 people
- Suitable for adults and children
- This booking entitles guests to harvest up to 1 kg of produce. Any excess quantity will incur an additional charge, payable at the counter.
Full refund if a cancellation request is received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time / reserved time.
No refund will be issued if a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time / reserved time.
A processing fee of 2.5% of the total amount paid will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover transaction costs.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time / reserved time.
Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be processed and reflected, depending on the payment provider.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a booking at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking within the coming weeks from its original date.
If a cancelled booking is not rescheduled, the registrant will be offered either:
• a refund, or
• a voucher of equal or greater value.
In all cases, our responsibility is limited to a refund of fees already paid.
