Breakfast

Start your morning with a nourishing farm-to-table breakfast at Heenat Salma’s Artisanal Kitchen. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using freshly harvested ingredients from our own fields — from organic eggs and homemade sourdough to seasonal fruits and local honey. It’s a wholesome, slow breakfast that celebrates the natural rhythms of the farm.

Breakfast: 180 QAR per adult,
90 QAR per child

Lunch

Enjoy a relaxed lunch that blends authenticity and creativity. Our chefs craft every plate using farm-grown produce and traditional cooking techniques, highlighting vibrant flavors inspired by Qatari and Mediterranean cuisines. The Artisanal Kitchen’s lunch experience is both comforting and refreshingly light, perfect for a midday retreat under the palm trees.

Lunch: 200 QAR per adult,
100 QAR per child

Afternoon Tea

Indulge in a serene afternoon tea surrounded by the calm of nature. Sip on herbal infusions and freshly brewed teas paired with delicate pastries, scones, and savory bites — all handmade in our kitchen. It’s a timeless ritual reimagined through Heenat Salma’s sustainable and artisanal touch.

Afternoon Tea: 250 QAR per adult,

Dinner at Majlis

As the sun sets, the Majlis transforms into an intimate dining space where tradition meets artistry. Dinner at the Majlis offers a refined farm-inspired menu served in a warm, communal atmosphere. Under the soft glow of lanterns, each course tells a story of craftsmanship, culture, and connection.

Friday Bunch

Celebrate weekends with a wholesome Friday Brunch that brings together the best of Heenat Salma’s culinary heritage. The Artisanal Kitchen presents an abundant spread of freshly baked breads, garden salads, wood-fired dishes, and sweet delicacies — all made with organic ingredients. It’s a gathering of community, flavor, and farm freshness.

Friday Brunch: 200 QAR
Children: 5-12 years old; under 5 years free of charge

Heenat Salma brings the farm-to-table experience to you. Enjoy home deliveries, celebrate special occasions, or cater events with our fresh, seasonal, and artisanal offerings.
