• Monitor the outcomes of these experiments, ensuring that each plot contributes to both the farm’s aesthetic value and its pedagogical goals

Research and Documentation:

• Lead the documentation of farming experiments, collecting data and preparing comprehensive reports on their success and scalability.
• Develop academic articles and case studies for national and international publications, positioning Heenat Salma Farm as a research hub for sustainable agriculture.
• Liaise with academic institutions, government bodies, and sustainability advocates to share research findings and advocate for broader adoption of successful techniques.

City-Farm Sustainability Integration:

• Design and implement programs to create a direct relationship between the farm and the city, focusing on nutrient exchange initiatives and sustainable waste management practices.
• Develop guided educational visits and recreational programs to engage the public, teaching ecological principles and demonstrating Heenat Salma Farm’s role in promoting sustainable living.
• Create partnerships with local urban initiatives to foster city-wide sustainable practices that are informed by the farm’s ecological innovations.

Educational and Cultural Development:

• Organize weekly seminars, workshops, and team-building activities to promote creativity and sustainability within Caravane Earth and Heenat Salma Farm.
• Collaborate with the architecture department on conceptualizing the “architecture of life,” ensuring that farming systems align with ecological and community-oriented principles.
• Develop public-facing educational programs that highlight sustainable farming practices, ecological systems, and the cultural importance of sustainable agriculture in Qatar.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the agriculture and architecture departments, ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration in the development of sustainable systems and structures.
• Foster a culture of sustainability within the team by leading discussions, ideation sessions, and collaborative workshops focused on innovative ecological solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between Heenat Salma Farm and external partners, including universities, governmental bodies, and ecological organizations.
