Job Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies across all commercial units of the farm, including lodging, F&B, events, wellness, nursery services, and equestrian offerings. This role requires a combination of business development, market analysis, digital sales acumen, and strong product knowledge to position Heenat Salma Farm as a leading destination for sustainable hospitality and lifestyle experiences.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop tailored sales strategies and packages for corporate retreats, weddings, wellness weekends, and other client segments.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities between farm units (lodges, F&B, events, nursery, equestrian centre, etc.).
  • Identify and target new B2B and B2C markets, both local and international.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Market Analytics & Forecasting:

  • Prepare accurate 12-month sales forecasts across business units (Concept Store, F&B, Lodges, etc.).
  • Analyse visitor data, average spend, and seasonal trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify risks to sales targets and develop mitigation measures.


Market Analytics & Forecasting:

  • Design and implement digital sales funnels for new products (e.g., Wellness Weekend).
  • Manage lead generation via social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Track conversions through CRM systems and optimise conversion rates.
  • Use digital tools to measure ROI and sales performance.


Product Knowledge & Client Solutions:

  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to different client segments (e.g., hotels, corporates, individuals).
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all farm offerings, from hospitality to agriculture-linked services.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing structures that align with business goals.


Contracts & Finance:

  • Draft proposals and packages, including terms of payment, cancellation policies, and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure accurate invoicing, collections, and revenue tracking.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Skilled in digital sales funnels, social media campaigns, and CRM usage.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to deliver persuasive pitches.
  • High attention to detail with strong financial and contractual understanding.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, eco-tourism, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong background in corporate sales, events, or hospitality solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
