About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. This role will support our web initiatives (WordPress, Next.js) and mobile applications (iOS, Android) by driving user experience research, creating prototypes, and ensuring seamless collaboration with developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct UX research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. 
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that translate requirements into engaging digital experiences. 
  • Design high-fidelity UI screens and maintain a cohesive design system. 
  • Collaborate with developers for smooth handoffs and implementation. 
  • Optimize experiences for web (WordPress/Next.js) and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms. 
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and best-in-class usability standards. 
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred). 
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. 
  • Strong expertise with Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration). 
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating web and mobile app design projects. 
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks and developer workflows. 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
