A processing fee of 2.5% of the total amount paid will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover transaction costs.

- If a cancelled booking is not rescheduled, the registrant will be offered either:
• a refund, or
• a voucher of equal or greater value.
- In all cases, our responsibility is limited to a refund of fees already paid.
