Farm-to-Table with IDAM
IDAM by Alain Ducasse: A Farm-to-Table Iftar at Heenat Salma
For one evening only, IDAM at the Museum of Islamic Art brings its MICHELIN-starred cuisine to Heenat Salma Farm.
In the spirit of Ramadan, guests will journey from soil to plate and come together to share an intimate Iftar experience. This exclusive dinner reflects IDAM’s craftsmanship, generosity, and the season’s finest ingredients, creating a curated menu that celebrates seasonal abundance and the essence of the holy month.
Brought to life by IDAM’s Executive Chef, Fabrice Rosso, the evening is designed to feel personal and immersive — a rare encounter between fine dining excellence and the authenticity of nature.
Rooted in the principles of seasonality, sustainability, and cultural dialogue, this Chef’s Table invites guests to rediscover Ramadan dining through a new perspective. Set within Heenat Salma Farm, the experience reflects a slower, more intentional way of living, where nature, heritage, and sustainability exist in harmony. From the journey of ingredients grown from the land to the shared table beneath the desert sky, the evening becomes more than a meal, it is an invitation to reconnect with tradition, place, and self in a serene and meaningful setting.
