An invitation

Step away from the everyday

Heenat Salma Farm invites organisations, employees, families and communities to spend time on a living regenerative farm: learning from the land, working with their hands, sharing food and discovering more sustainable ways of living.

Designed as a single immersive day, the programme runs throughout Qatar Sustainability Week, with private corporate group visits available by advance booking.

  • A full-day immersive experience
  • Private corporate visits
  • Throughout Qatar Sustainability Week

The experience at a glance

One day, six moments

  1. Guests arriving at an arched farm building at Heenat Salma Farm

Guests arrive at Heenat Salma Farm and are welcomed with a seasonal farm beverage. The session begins with a short introduction to:

    • Heenat Salma Farm and Caravane Earth
    • Regenerative agriculture
    • The relationship between people, land, food and community
    • Heenat Salma’s approach to sustainability and responsible living
  2. Visitors walking between planted beds on a guided farm walk

Rather than a traditional presentation, the walk is an interactive experience and conversation, letting participants observe, touch and understand the living systems that support the farm, exploring agriculture and:

    • Soil and water
    • Plants and biodiversity
    • People
  3. Hands holding a seed ball of rich soil with seeds ready to plant

A practical demonstration exploring how everyday materials and resources can be transformed through simple, sustainable practices. Participants discover:

    • Natural materials and their potential
    • Paper making from natural and recycled materials
    • Seed balls and natural regeneration
    • Natural dyeing with plants
  4. Hands weaving strips of dried palm leaf in an artisanal workshop

An introduction to traditional and artisanal knowledge through hands-on making. Participants take part in one curated activity from Heenat Salma’s artisanal programme, such as:

    • Palm weaving and paper making
    • Natural pigments
    • Traditional textiles
    • Herbal preparations
  5. A chef seasoning a seasonal farm-to-table sharing platter

Guests gather around a seasonal meal with ingredients inspired by the farm and its landscape, a moment for sharing and conversation that connects:

    • Agriculture, food and seasonal produce
    • Local sourcing and responsible consumption
    • Food waste and resourcefulness
  6. Planting a young tree in sandy soil at Heenat Salma Farm

The programme concludes with a collective activity that leaves a living contribution: participants plant a tree or contribute to a shared planting initiative at Heenat Salma Farm.

    • A lasting contribution to the farm
    • A shared close to the day

Approx. 4.5–5 hours · Available 31 October – 7 November 2026 for private corporate group visits by advance booking.

We don’t simply visit the land. We leave something growing behind.

“It is not only about new technologies and future solutions. It is also about preserving knowledge, making thoughtfully, using natural materials and keeping traditional practices alive.”
