Our nabulsi cheese is made from fresh cow milk and pressed into smooth, firm blocks coated with black sesame seeds. Nabulsi cheese is a white, brined cheese that originated in the city of Nablus in Palestine. It has a salty and slightly sour flavour enhanced by the nutty and crunchy sesame seeds. Nabulsi cheese is ideal for frying, as it does not melt quickly and retains its shape and texture. Enjoy it as a table cheese with bread, olives, or fresh vegetables.
